Today was such a productive day! I volunteered at a non-profit dental clinic in my area. I absolutely love going there! even though I've been a dental assistant for so long, I learn something new every time I go. Today, the volunteered dentist was great! He gave me an awesome lecture on some of the reasons why teeth get sensitive after a doing a filling. He talked about the structure of teeth and how the dentin is made up of millions of dentinal tubules that come from the pulp. anyways It was super interesting. Once I left the clinic I stopped by my parents house to work on a cake I'm making for my best friends baby shower! OMG it is the cutest thing ever. I made a baby rump cake and cupcakes of babies sleeping! it turned out so cute :). Here are a few pics.
